Our product provides a new method for detecting the vibration and noise of the electric seat motor of the automobile, which can test and judge the vibration and noise of the motor without the need of a silent room. Vibration acceleration sensor, signal processing device and data analysis software are used. The electric seat vibration test system is applied in the factory workshop. After the industrial computer sends an instruction to start the detection system, the detection system is started, and the seat vibration information is sent to the LabVIEW software detection system after the sensor and the signal conditioning module. The vibration test system is composed of a signal processing module, a time domain analysis module, a frequency domain analysis module, and a frequency response analysis module.
