working principle:


Compressor test system, the main equipment consists of the tested compressor, calorimeter, condenser, expansion valve, temperature control system, protection system, etc. The high-pressure gas discharged from the compressor is decompressed by the expansion valve and then enters the calorimeter after heat dissipation. , The heat exchange is carried out in the calorimeter. The calorimeter is equipped with an electric heater with adjustable power and a second refrigerant to adjust the evaporation load. The low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas from the calorimeter is sucked in and discharged from the compressor Complete the cycle.


In order to ensure the stable operation of compression under certain working conditions, the suction temperature, suction pressure, discharge pressure, subcooling temperature and ambient temperature must be controlled. We respectively adjust the electric heating power in the calorimeter to circulate the refrigerant flow. (Ie the opening degree of the thermal expansion valve) to achieve the above control.
