M package:
M package or measurement package refers to a test package (50mm×100mm×100mm) with a mass of 500g, and a thermocouple or other equivalent measuring device for temperature measurement is installed at its geometric center. The thermocouple should be in direct contact with the filling material, and measures should be taken to minimize the external heat conduction.
National standard test package quality requirements:
According to the national standard GB/T8059, the following quality requirements are put forward for the test package
1: Test package composition, -1C, -5 test package should meet the requirements of the national standard composition and proportion, wherein the moisture content of -1C test package is between 75% and 78%, and the moisture content of 5℃ test package is between 71% and 74% ；
2: The freezing point of the test bag, the freezing point of the -1C test bag should be between -1C and 1.2C, and the freezing point of the -5°C test bag should be between -5C and 5.2C;
3: The size and quality of the test package, the allowable deviation is ±2mm for 50mm and below, and the allowable deviation is ±3mm for 200mm and below. Quality tolerance ± 2% (quality does not include packaging);
4: Test bag hardness, 4 pieces of 50mm*100mm 100mm size test bag are stacked vertically upwards, after 24 hours, the thickness of the bottom piece is not more than 1mm;
5: Packaging materials: 12um thick laminated film should be used.
6: M package structure, avoid welding metal pieces at the end of the thermocouple wire, and the lead thermocouple wire should be firmly combined with the package, and the seal of the package should not be broken. Apply a pulling force of 2kg at one end of the thermocouple wire to prevent damage to the package. Intubation M package can not use copper tube intubation can not damage the seal of the package.
Quality requirements for American standard test package (sawdust package):
American standard refrigerator freezing load test 290g sawdust package, log M temperature test package, sawdust package is made by pressing hard wood chips and adding auxiliary materials, and its thermal performance is similar to spinach. There are two types of wood chip package M, one is embedded in T Type thermocouple wire, which is embedded in a hollow 3mm-6mm tube, with a density of 560Kg per cubic meter during production, and an allowable upper and lower deviation of 80kg per cubic meter. Sawdust packages are required to be stored in a space below 5C to prevent heavy pressure and sharp object collisions. .
1: The error range on the length of 40mm, 100mm, and 130mm is not more than 1mm, 2mm, 3mm respectively;
2: 10 pieces are stacked vertically upwards, the bottom piece cannot be loose after 24 hours, and the thinning is not more than 1mm;
3: The filler is hard sawdust, wood pellets cannot be used.
4: The packaging materials are laminated film materials recommended by GB/T8059. Single-component polyethylene cannot be used.
5: Lead out the thermocouple wire type M package, and the package seal should not be damaged at the place where the thermocouple wire is drawn out. Apply 2 kg of tension on the thermocouple wire and the package should not be damaged.
6: Intubation type M package, plastic intubation should be used, copper tube should not be used, and the intubation should not damage the packaging and sealing.
Quality requirements for commercial test kits (water kits) in North America:
1: The plastic box of the test package is composed of a box body with a wall thickness of 1mm and a box cover. The covered plastic box has a length, a width of 95±5mm, and a height of 50~100mm;
2: The inner space of the plastic box is filled with sponge. The sponge contains a mixture of propylene glycol and distilled water at a volume ratio of 50/50 (±2%). The density of the finished test bag is not less than 480kg/m3;
3: After the plastic box body and lid of the test package are sealed, a layer of plastic film should be packaged on the outside. The plastic film should be laminated film materials, and the packaging method should be vacuum packaging;
4: Intubation type M package and lead thermocouple wire type M package can not break the seal of the plastic film package, and should also ensure vacuum tightness.
